Clean rooms, also good staff

I spent a night at the hotel Radha Regent whilst on a personal visit to Chennai with my family. We booked the hotel basis location since we wanted a place which was close to where the family function was being hosted. We booked via expedia and the experience at the hotel was beyond our expectations. We found the hotel staff very courteous and attentive. It was a 1 night stay, but a great experience. The hotel is in a good location next to a shopping center and many local restaurants around. We got a good deal in price. Has 5 star quality. Lunch was excellent. But breakfast was ok. Friendliness of staff, very professional. Would like to visit again.

This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. Very good location and maintenance

The room was clean and tidy the staff were friendly. The wIfi never works there. Everyone was complaining.

Hotel was quiet, room was clean, no problem with check-in and check out, staff friendly and helpful. For this price, I paid 900rs, it's fairly good value and was fine. AC and clean and quiet so no issues - no breakfast or other frills but at this price what can be expected.
