Description does not match with reality. Under Staffed and no courtesy from staff, rooms are not clean and below par conditions. The amount they charged and service we got has no correlation. Will not recommend this hotel and will not prefer in future

The experience was terrible, while check in room was not ready, there was no towels on end day in the room, there was no shower gel and shampoo in the room, when went to bar on 1st day, bar was locked from inside, had to call staff to open the bar, during breakfast food was not there.

This is hotel or Dhaba no one knows. No room service staff is rude and doesn’t reply respectfully. Arrogant and less informative and interactive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as it is sheer waste of money.

The location of the hotel is very far from the city. Unless you have some work nearby, it is not an ide hotel to stay in Chennai suburban.

A very good hotel ......
Excellent hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the general manager, Miju. Location can be a problem for getting into city. Very happy with my stay and was treated like a king by all the staff.

Typical business hotel close to Mahindra city
This is a typical business hotel of Eastern style with a bed too short for me. The food is made for guest who prefers to stay in Europe/US. The restaurants serve overpriced food w/o any Indian feeling. The breakfast has a limited selection of Indian food and isn't good enough. The chef only serves omelettes. Why could you get a dosa like at other hotels in South India? The service is on a high level as far as everything goes well, but they have harder to handle thing that is outside of the protocol, and I really don't understand their routines. Sometimes they iron your shirts, and sometimes you have to do it yourself, no matter what you request. Another example, when I stayed in a standard room, I get the newspaper in the morning, but in the club rooms, I didn't. The housekeeping also follows a protocol and put everything (both the hotel's equipments and you private stuff) in a defined place, even if you moved it away. (For example, it don't use the TV, stop put the remote control on the bed.) You choose the hotel since it's close to Mahindra World city.

This hotel is one of the best around in the area for both cost and location depending on target venues. For certain businesses in the area (which is a growing hub) it is very convenient.

We stopped here between going to Kanchi' from Pondy' as we were going to the bird sanctuary, which the guide book said opened in October, but the tourist office said December . Business hotel great if you are going to any one of the new factories that are developing around the area, ( there are loads ) but not much to see otherwise. Overall please with the hotel regarding food, service, cleanliness, had a very good massage at Tulip massage spa in hotel.

Un hotel business pour un séjour a Mahindra city
Un séjour tres agreable dans cet hotel, équipe de 3 restaurants differents. Endroit calme (avec quelques klaxons indiens pour garder l’ambiance) et un personnel aux petits soins pour nous. Merci et bravo. Ps : Les cheese nan sont délicieux !
