Hotel has its unique charm with an open courtyard for enjoying a hearty breakfast of eastern and western spread. The staff was exceptionally helpful in their advice and assistance; making my stay exceptionally special. Their assistance in every respect was beyond my expectation. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Even tea was available for sale. Location is brilliant for access to Wen Shu Monastery with its special paintings and calligraphy for me. Easy access to the restaurants and...

Location was perfect, right on the shopping street. Metro station also a short walk away. Room was clean, AC work perfectly which was good with the heat at night. Self service laundry room was on the same floor so that was useful. Happy with my stay. Would book again.

Great location, ten minutes to nearest subway, lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in hotel was good and for the three days we stayed there breakfast changed each day and the big surprise was free lunch, which we didn’t use and a free evening meal which we only used once as there are so many delicious places and experiences elsewhere, but great offer.

Wonderful staff, clean lovely rooms.

I loved the hotel and it’s style. The team were extremely helpful too. Well worth the stay in Chengdu.

Everything was clean, great service good location and elegant hotel. It was a little bit old in comparison to other hotels in the neighbourhood. Overall we had an amazing stay, the room was very luxurious and always clean!

Nice place, great views & location, lovely host & cats!

We also forgot to buy a travel adaptor and the hotel kindly let us borrow one for our stay. We stayed with our 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 2 and even with a cot bed in the room, the...

Fabulous property, staff, service and breakfast. Pure luxury at a very reasonable price. All the hotels we have chosen in China have been great but this outstanding! UK residents for reference.
