Very clean and comfortable room and excellent staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Ventilation on non-smoking floors can be improved as cigarette smells could still be detected, although this was less pronounced inside the room itself.

Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced.
