The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. "Room and hotel were gorgeous. The restaurant was the only area that needs improvement. After ordering food, we waited 55 minutes and noticed people after us were getting theirs first. When we asked, or order hadn’t been sent to the kitchen. Staff were apologetic and it didn’t ruin the night. We also only had one towel in the bathroom to use after showering but the room was beautiful and immaculate."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable, there was even a lounge area which we didn't expect. The hotel itself is in a prime location so everything is within walking distance. The bar at the hotel is well stocked and we did dine at the hotel and the food was amazing. The only downside I can think of is the parking situation. The hotel does have parking but with very limited spaces, but there is plenty of other parking options which the hotel does inform you about before hand. My wife and I would definitely stay here again."
