When I say FAMILY hotel, its different experience altogether from being a business/friends visit hotel. It means friendly to kid's, elder's demands / needs.
This hotel was great on that angle, apart from being excellent from facility perspective (good breakfast buffet, nice rooms/interiors). The ONLY issue was bathroom doors don't lock in their club rooms (I assume that meant for couples, but even that is a bit over-the-line, but not a big deal)
