"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"The location is great and convenient with cafes, shops and other retail stores in and around the area. The neighborhood is fairly residential and quiet.
The staff was very prompt with the check-in & check-out process.
Only suggestion I have is the rooms on the ground floor might have internet connectivity issues so I would recommend to check beforehand, and the Wi-Fi is not secure (you can login without a password) and therefore, could pose a risk if you're accessing apps like Google Pay, or...

A great little boutique hotel. Family run to a very high standard. Very friendly and smilely. It makes us fee welcomed and gives you a clean room but as everything commensurates with the price. I would say it is on the fair side. All amenities work as they should but we were unhappy about the speed on in house wi-fi which the ower says it was raining.

Red Arrow is practically invisible from the street and the hotel itself is two floors of a building starting with the 4th floor. Very quiet. More like a dormitory than a hotel. But the view from my room was great. The food is good and the staff is outstanding. I am going to stay here every time I come to Kolkata from now on.

The staff is helpful and looks professional.
The room is clean and big enough for 3 people.
A/C is good.
The extra bed is a bit wobble but not dangerous.
The pool looks dirty with dust floating in it, I assume not many people used it.
The Wi-Fi speed feels similar to Airtel's edge, with more stability.
When we came back to the hotel at night, the building was beautifully decorated with blue Christmas light.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The food was good, and we thought the prices were fair for what you get. But the biggest plus was the location—it made getting around so easy. We felt we got great value for our money. If you're traveling with kids or family, this place is a really good choice. We would happily stay here again!
