"1st time in Vietnam, Large 2 bedroom villa also great for our 4 people. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. "Spacious bedroom with view overlooking the resort. We can use the resort's swimming pools for free. We can also request a buggy to move from our room to the beach and restaurant area. The food at the restaurant is not too special but the sea view is very beautiful. Friendly staff helped us clean the room every day."

"The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent! "I've only not given a top score on condition, as there was a ceiling water leak at ground floor between the lift and the swimming pool, which here would have a sign warning you - not that anyone slipped that I saw, but not 10/10. Perfectly located away form the bustle and the centre, but crawling distance to, it was very peaceful and the road itself quite pleasant. I particularly liked staying on the island as it felt like retreating from Hoi An for a bit."

"Het is een prima hotel voor een paar dagen. De kamers zijn groot genoeg. Sommigen met balkon, uitkijkend over de rivier. Badkamer netjes en goed uitgerust. Koelkastje met (betaalde) minibar. Wel 2 flesjes gratis water per dag. De ligging is rustig en ook niet al te ver van het strand, te voet of met de gratis leenfietsen. Op fietsafstand zijn wat restaurants en winkeltjes. Fijn zwembad met lekkere ligstoelen. Prachtig uitzicht. Er zijn ook wat negatieve puntjes. Het ontbijt is karig te noemen....

Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation."
