Had to wait more than an hour to get the front door unlocked, the host is an 86-year-old man who should have retired years ago. "Had a brilliant stay. Hotel in perfect central area, within a very short walk of the tube station. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, close to shops. Our plug sockets stopped working shortly before we had to leave for an event, and the front desk sent an electrician to fix it within five minutes which meant we could still do our hair. Excellent service all round and will stay again!"
