"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "

"Definitely not 4*. One lift for five floors, small breakfast selection compared to 3* hotels in the village. Small rooms. Not informed that whole basement, including sauna and fitness room, gutted by fire in December. Smoke smell very evident throughout hotel. Staff delightful."

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "Did the job perfectly for stopping before going up to La clusaz. It’s small and functional but bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and everything was clean. Generally very good for the price "
