From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I was so grateful the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in after my travels, giving me time to rest before exploring the city. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions, and arranging taxi service when needed. While I know these are services hotels provide, the kindness and professionalism of the staff truly stood out.
The hotel itself is beautiful, sophisticated, and filled with classic old-world Italian charm. I loved the elegant style, history, and character of the property. It has a timeless feel that made my stay in Rome even more special.
The location near Roma Termini made it easy for me to experience so much of Rome, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other unforgettable places.
