Top quality all round

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saga Hotel in Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—it’s peaceful yet still close enough to the city, making it easy to explore all that Hoi An has to offer. The complimentary transport to and from the city is a huge bonus,...

Brilliant hotel and staff and totally relaxing stay.

Normally my policy is to never to return to a hotel twice, however there is an exception to every rule and it is the Vadana Lagoon and I have just returned from my 4th trip! Why? Well it is the only place I have found that gets better each time you visit! The ‘extra’ service you get from this resort starts usually within 24 hours of booking through an agent when you get a nice little e mail just saying ‘Hello, we know you are coming, we look forward to seeing you and if you want us to pick you...

Realistically 20mins walk along a busy road into town, so in practice safer to taxi in. Fantastic room size, overall peaceful & helpful staff. Breakfast is ok; have had much better at comparable hotels in the area

Everything was amazing. The staff are so attentive to detail - professional, kind and engaging. The hotel is stunning, inside and outside. Highly recommend!

Elegant resort hotel within easy walking distance to the old town. Friendly service. We used the spa service which was really good as well.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were incredible. Spotlessly clean. Very central. Will definitely be back

Hotel was first class and the staff were excellent

We had an excellent stay here. We had a family suite with connecting rooms. It was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the pool/gym were great. We wished we’d stayed longer!

We loved the hotel but we could tell it’s only recently opened. Front of house staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and breakfast on our first morning was exemplary, with very attentive staff. However the cracks appeared when we tried to order drinks and food to the pool, with drinks coming after the food, which took a long time to arrive. Then there were complications with the bill. Breakfast on the second morning fell short too when...

Loved this hotel. Area is lively with the beach across the road. Excellent location with many choices to eat. Ocean view rooms have incredible views along a 10 mile coastline. Staff very friendly and attentive. Phuoc and the breakfast team are superb. Da Nang is relatively undiscovered for European tourists but surely not for much longer. Incredible value, relaxed and friendly people. Vibrant city, wonderful beaches and nature. We will return to TMS

An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection. In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly, there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar...

Excellent modern property, great pool and service, food was good but there many better place to eat in town. Spa was excellent and gym looked good too

Hoi an Ancient Village Resort was a great place to stay. The resort is quite new and everything is immaculate. Room was one of the best I have ever stayed in and all facilities excellent. Close to town and beach via shuttle bus but also very cheap by taxi. Would definitely recommend staying here

There are many things about this hotel which are excellent , rooms , spa ,location to beach , but what really stands out is the staff. Every member of the team really goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. Little mention to the guys outside as they get you a taxi to visit da nang , they tell the taxi drivers where you’d like to go but they make sure you don’t get overcharged. They check the meter is on and when you return they check the taxi number and what you paid. Nice little...

We spent four fabulous days at this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a great choice of breakfast everyday. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean. We’d definitely recommend.
