We also enjoyed every consumable product in the room - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, etc. It was all high quality. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The walk to both the beach and the shopping area at Heavenly were easy and convenient. We especially loved the s’mores around the firepit and the picnic area with corn hole! "My daughter broke her leg and dislocated her ankle while working in the National Park. She landed at the hospital in Fresno. I flew in from out of town to help, having never been to Fresno before. Our stay involved last second changes, chaos waiting for the doc to decide when her 2nd surgery would be, and oh, so many pillows. The management and staff were so understanding, sweet and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough! So grateful for their caring attention and understanding of our circumstances. "
