"The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge but not unexpected based on location. Will likely visit again when business brings me to the area."

"Website images of room were very deceiving. Room was very small. Thanks goodness we had a balcony. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the baker to bring our car. Went to the bar and they only had 2 bartenders making drinks and taking food orders. That wait was pretty bad as well we eventually left and went out for dinner. Won’t stay there again. Location was good though!"

"For some reason, they did not do housekeeping in their rooms, unless you request it. So I requested it and the only towels and they said that since I have only been there for three nights at that point, it was only a light housekeeping service.. to me this is unacceptable…. I also have changed from my original because the bed was not in good conditions"

"The hotel room looked better in the pictures. We have platinum rewards and they did not upgrade us to a bigger room. The room is pretty tight and the bathroom is small with a tub shower. It was clean but a little worn looking. The view of the lake was spectacular even through the fog. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very modern looking downstairs. The pool was very large and nice."
