"It’s walking distance from the hotel to go to almost every tourists place. Hotel is clean and staffs are nice. The hotel doesn’t have swimming pools if you are looking for swimming pool. For us not a big deal. Overall, great hotel for family with small kids and everyone’s."

"The room and the property were great, as were the staff we interacted with. The two things I took issue with were: we got margaritas at the in-lobby bar. $26ish each. They were the worst beverages I’ve ever tasted, and we refused to drink them. They literally tasted like water with a little tequila. Secondly, there is an extensive room service menu in the room, which includes a kids menu. I had to call the hotel front desk and voice concerns after our babysitter tried calling room service and...

"The staff was amazing, especially Enrique!! Victor and Beverly at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, always a hot shower, comfy in room robes, and a luxury bed! The location was super convenient - we walked everywhere. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but prompt and very efficient. Only small con would be better coffee in the room. "

"The staff were nice. The hotel is in a great area with a great view. The room was small and the water pressure in the shower isn’t great. In addition, I would say that it is not the most clean seeing as though upon arrival there was multiple hair strands noted in the shower. "
