"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We had the most delightful and memorable time at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. From the moment we walked in, the absolutely stunning lobby took our breath away and made us feel so warmly welcomed. Those soaring ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, grand columns, and elegant furnishings wrapped us in classic New Orleans charm and luxury right from the start. The staff at check-in and check-out were truly fantastic. They were so kind, helpful, and went out of their way by holding our bags while I quickly ran around the corner for a couple of last-minute items while waiting for the valet. It made us feel so cared for and relaxed.
Our room with the beautiful balcony overlooking Bourbon Street was an absolute highlight. We loved stepping out to enjoy the lively views and vibrant energy, especially during those magical evening moments. The location could not have been more perfect. After fun nights out on Bourbon Street, it was such a joy to simply walk back, step onto our balcony, and unwind with the city still alive around us.
Every detail felt so thoughtfully put together, and the perfect mix of historic charm and comfort made our stay extra special. We truly loved every minute and would happily return again and again. You have created such a warm, special place right in the heart of the French Quarter. Thanks again for everything!
