"Staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The hotel was a great location for walking around, getting Uber and the free tour provided helped us know the surrounding areas and was a great way to experience the city. Only issue was the noise. Not much barrier between rooms, so could hear babies crying or drunk hotel guests running up and down the hallways. "

"This was a great place to stay in Roma Norte area. Easy walk to great restaurants, parks, etc. Would definitely recommend. The only issue staying in this area is the noise. It is close to two main intersections where there’s quite a bit of traffic all day and most of the night. We were sincerely grateful to the front desk staff. They were very kind and attentive."
