Fantastic location, great accommodations all units are 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, some units are ocean front but every unit does have an ocean view. Full kitchen facilities with large fridge and ice maker. Direct access to the beach via the boardwalk from the rear of the property and you are able to rent sun loungers and umbrellas if you so wish.

The Vistana Beach Club is my favourite place to be. Due to Covid, it had been 4 years since our last visit, and it was like coming home! There has been a bit of a refurb, and it was lovely and clean. Missed my complimentary coffee from the front desk. However when I mentioned it, I was immediately offered one, which I gratefully accepted, and took down to the beach! The turtle nests were closer to the sea than I have seen them before, and I was fortunate to see a volunteer checking on a nest...

Well stocked and clean condo with an ocean view. Staff was helpful and nice. Relaxed and low key beach which was nice. Perfect place for some quite days at the beach. Almost felt like a home away from home in the condo.

We had a fabulous stay for our last few nights in Florida. The accommodation was clean and well equipped and the staff looked after us very well ! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again :-)

We always stop-over here between Miami and Orlando. Love the two-bedroom villas. Always clean, great pool area, very quiet on site, which is ideal, but with many restaurants and supermarkets within very close proximity.

Great location on cocoa beach, family friendly property with pool, arcade (take quarters). The rooms were huge with everything you would need…kitchen, washer dryer, table, sofa, balcony, pool towels provided in room. Self parking. Short drive to dining / shopping but also had onsite restaurant and bar.

Stayed in both a cabin and 2nd floor apt - 2nd flr apt has 2 queen beds in one room and2 full beds in another with full kitchen and my laser measuring said tje unit was 750sqft andhasview of ocean. Cabin had no view but had full kitchen with total sq ft of 300sqft

Great 2-bedroom self-catering apartment in well-maintained grounds. We only stayed the one night during off-season because we needed a place to stay after a late-night arrival into JAX airport. Room was clean, and comfortable. Just a little dated/tired.
