Very clean rooms. Excellent ambiance and decor in the room. Comfortable bed. Huge shower cubicle; big enough for 3-4 people. Buffet style breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from: Meat and vegetarian. Freshly prepared daily by the lady chef Nurcan. All friendly and helpful staff with smiley faces all the time. Hotel is in one of the quieter towns in cappadocia, so not much in terms of dining options, or night life. - but they day trips are early starts and long days, so you're tired in the evenings anyway. Location is amazing.. Staff are helpful & friendly. I would shop around a bit for the tours, rather than paying for them at the hotel. We paid 70 euros for a tour, but spoke to some of the other guest who's paid 50/60.

Service was amazing, staff were the best, beautiful terrace to see the balloons in the morning.

From the moment we arrived until the last day in Cappadocia we were treated like family by the owner Ali and his family. This family-run hotel is located in Avanos which is a quieter part of the Cappadocia region. We are a family of six and we received a room upgrade to accommodate us at no extra cost. This is a newly refurbished cave hotel with the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly and sort out any issues, like finding a place for a balloon flight, which seem to be like gold dust if you don't have an advance reservation. Breakfast was fantastic with a changing menu. Freshly made sweet pancakes were fantastic. For other meals, it tends to recommend its partners, which were variable. Loved the setting, lovely room (and bathroom), large, airy, spacious with a great view over the top part of the town of Goreme, could hear the birds singing and the tinkling of sheep bells nearby. Tasty breakfast included in the price, very helpful staff,

This Cappadocia trip was for our 25th wedding anniversary. I chose Cappadocia Cave Lodge by rating and I’ve never regretted it. Ihsan speaks excellent English and his communication is super. Staff are all lovely and helpful. Room was gorgeous (we stayed at Kisevi room) and easy access to a Main Street. This is an amazing hotel to stay at when visiting Cappadocia, specifically the Göreme area! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The Seten restaurant is on-site, with one of the best terrace views! During the morning, when the hot air balloons go up, only those staying can use the terrace to view them and take pictures, which means it's not to crowded and is a beautiful experience. It was a great stay . I definitely recommend it . I stayed with my family three nights and the staff is super friendly and welcoming . Good location , good breakfast. They advice you on things you can do around .

The team were excellent and so welcoming. They did everything they could to make our stay an excellent one. Our room, a cave suite, was very spacious and well appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also we found staying in uchisar excellent, with better views and quieter than being in goreme itself.

Very modern posh hotel, tastefully kitted out with staff in beige and white uniforms: all as you'd expect in these sorts of hotels. Very close to the main road (thus very easy to drive to). I had a room overlooking the pool so no noise problem for me. Room was nice and large, had a fridge to chill your beer, good AC and bed.
