"Room bathroom had mold over all the metal handles. Strong smell mildew in room left smell on clothes. Roach infestation found in room. Request for another room denied even when I observed others checking out of the property first hand. Request for manager denied and was told manager was not on scene the whole stay. Maintenance came to room and could not remove mildew in bathroom room had to be mismanaged for a long time. Carpet was dirty. Worse experience at hotel in my life. I have stayed at motels with a short stay that are 10 times cleaner than this property. Windows in the stair well broken, slippery floor and front desk that gives you the run around."

"Everything was great. We did get the remodeling and construction notification. On our two days stay 02/22-02/24 there was a lot of noise above our room from the construction. If we had the television on it wasn't too bad. Having the washer/dryer was a plus. My kids are asking to go back to this resort for a longer stay so that is a plus. "

"This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. "

"Our stay started with a major issue. The morning after our late arrival (1:30 AM), we discovered our room carpet was completely soaked due to a ceiling leak. This caused water damage to my suitcase, including shoes, clothing, and personal items, as well as our 5-year-old daughter’s backpack with books and toys. We estimate about $1,000 in damage. Although we were moved to another room and given one night compensation, this was agreed to before we understood the full extent of the damage. When I later asked about additional help and laundry support, the process was frustrating and required multiple trips to the front desk. Communication between managers was inconsistent and we did not receive much empathy during the situation. The only apology we received was from a security guard helping with the report. We were also initially charged for both nights and had to return to have the reimbursement corrected. Additionally, both hot tubs were out of service. The location is great, but the way this situation was handled took time away from our family vacation and did not meet the level of service we expected from a Hilton property. There are plenty of hotels in the area that will treat you better. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. "
