"Decent property. Was expecting more for the money. It’s an older property that has not been taken care of. Run down. Water park has many issues. Lazy river had extremely hot water, each pool was a different temp - some super hot some super cold. Not enough chairs, the tubes are all different sizes not enough in rough shape. Property needs love. Truly better hotels out there. Advertised as way better than it is in my opinion. "

"Stayed here with the family after flying into PHX late, before driving to Sedona the next morning. The hotel is not nice / run down, and is in a seemingly sketchy area with sketchy people around the property. No cold water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was a nice effort, but the food didn’t taste that good (mostly the very bland eggs and underwhelming sausage). Oh and the coffee wasn’t very good."

"I had a great experience staying at Best Western. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and definitely worth the price. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional—she made the check-in process smooth and easy. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive thanks to Diego. He was awesome—very attentive, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was organized and well-kept, and his positive attitude made a big difference. Overall, great value, great service, and a clean, comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back!"

"I found out after I left that there are free cookies for customers, but I was not able to taste them because I was not made aware by the employees. There was no body wash in the container in shower I was lucky to have a bar of soap handy. Other than that everything was great."

"They charged for parking, the poop and hot tub were dirty, the facility had a strange smell to it, there was also what looked to be like blood on the stairway."
