"We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. We were formally welcomed by the owner add seen to our rooms which were really lovely, spacious, modern and very well presented with a lovely bottle of wine. "The location is why we chose it. You exit onto one of the major, (mostly) pedestrianised streets with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction wotk next door which started at 0800 but as there’s no nightlife in Ortigia we were up by then so it wasn’t a problem. It’s hard to find. "The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."
