Great stay. Lovely over sized rooms with a balcony over looking the bay. Really enjoyed our stay. Well appointed room although shower could have had better water pressure. Would stay again.

The room was large and clean, large comfortable bed, balcony overlooking harbour and sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Being in Amador, there are lots of bars and restaurants, and can be a little noisy until late at night, but worth it for the location.

Everything was perfect, even the views.

Great location central to everywhere. Only 6 dollars in Uber to old town. Clean with loads of space. Great gym and pool area. Gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Would recommend

We only stayed 1 night as a stopover but was just what we needed. Clean room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good but staff kept asking if they could help - it's a buffet so I don't need help.

Nice big room in a central location, close to metro

I got upgraded to a gorgeous view suite thatvwas amazing. Great bed lovely facilities. Some small details can be better like some stains on couches etc. Bit old ironing board but it's minor. Bteakfast was a bit disappointing as manybsalty choices but no pastries at all. However the onelette was great and Steven was super nice and attentive.

My room was a really good size, nice comfortable bed very clean. Nice bathroom Staff were helpful. The hotel itself has a nice bar by the pool and good atmosphere the art structures and decor make it interesting to look at.

Do not forget to print-out taxi instructions. I was supposed to meet my daugter there and the taxi from the airport that Balboa booked for me was a dream....but my duagter forgot her instructions and used a lo9ng time and many taxi fares to get there. It is not yet well enough known by the taxi drivers and iis quite "off the beaten track" Overall a lovely stay though. Room to "breathe" after the bussle of the city.

Excellent hotel in good location close to restaurants, shops, bars, and the Metro just a 3 minutes walking. Very clean and bed soooooo comfortable . Luxurius casino to feel like in Vegas and with nice dining in.

We stayed for one of the last nights of our honeymoon. We loved it so much that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, the staff are so friendly and welcoming from checkin and at breakfast and they always remembered our names. The location cannot be beaten for Casco Viejo (I know because we had to stay elsewhere afterwards). It's walkable to restaurants, bars, churches, sites and the Mercado de Mariscos. We loved it here!
