"Excellent location and staff"

"The air conditioning didn’t work we called the desk and were told that they reset the A/C an hour later it was still extremely hot in the room. They didn’t offer to move us from the room, They bright to table fans up to the room, which proved that his is a normal problem at this location. They breakfast was a joke, they don’t even check to see if you paid for it out of it’s included. The line for the food was 30-45 minutes long at 6am. The employees can’t keep up with the demand. The people are gracing everything with no controls in place. I would not recommend this place."

"I had the pleasure of staying here a number of nights and it is an excellent hotel. Lovely reception staff and a nice new hotel so everything is in great condition and wonderful cleaning team keeping everything shining. The room was very nice and well appointed, with a good bathroom and excellent water pressure. An easy ride on the R4 line straight into central Barcelona and made for easy holiday visits. A nice quiet town so a relief from the hustle n bustle of the city, and a good cafe across the road. Highly recommend to those visiting Barcelona and who are okay with a short R4 ride to stay in a good quality hotel. Only two small things: firstly would be ideal to have a slip-mat in the shower as it is quite slippy when wet. Other was that unfortunately the restaurant staff let the hotel down as they were disinterested in serving guests (ignored us sat down, was clearly an inconvenience to serve us a drink) and so a unfortunate negative. But otherwise a great hotel."

"Amazing hotel! Great breakfast spread, clean, wonderful spa area with thermal chairs, easy shuttle to airport… wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service."

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated after an early morning flight. The room was modern and very clean. The dinner meal at the restaurant was very good . The only downside is that there is no airport shuttle. It cost us 25 euros each way to get to and from the airport by taxi which seems like a lot for such a short distance. Also would be nice if the rooftop was open in May."
