"The hotel is clean and well maintained but it is very far away from downtown and very little amenities around it. Not much to do close to this location Also the rooms are very small and not much room for storage for our family of 4. For this reason, I would not stay here again."

"First, property is very dated. Next, it has not been updated since probably the 1980s. Flooring was terrible in our room and we had a nasty dirty throw rug over the floor. When I took it up, because of fear of tripping the floor was in horrble condition. Rust in the shower and just overall worn and dirty hotel."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great restaurants on site. Every amenity is available. We loved the montion sensor lighting. One of the nicest, cleanest, best decorated stop we’ve ever stayed in. "I had the pleasure of staying here a number of nights and it is an excellent hotel. Lovely reception staff and a nice new hotel so everything is in great condition and wonderful cleaning team keeping everything shining. The room was very nice and well appointed, with a good bathroom and excellent water pressure. An easy ride on the R4 line straight into central Barcelona and made for easy holiday visits. A nice quiet town so a relief from the hustle n bustle of the city, and a good cafe across the road. Highly recommend to those visiting Barcelona and who are okay with a short R4 ride to stay in a good quality hotel. Only two small things: firstly would be ideal to have a slip-mat in the shower as it is quite slippy when wet. Other was that unfortunately the restaurant staff let the hotel down as they were disinterested in serving guests (ignored us sat down, was clearly an inconvenience to serve us a drink) and so a unfortunate negative. But otherwise a great hotel."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service."
