This place was awesome. My wife and I had a last minute flight change and booked this hotel before boarding on an international flight from the US to Barcelona. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in but the staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our hotel room rather quickly as we ate breakfast. Front of staff, the breakfast people, everyone was so hospitable. 10/10 as far as experience. Our only issue was that it’s a bit removed from the downtown area (where all the fun is at) so it was a bit of a hassle at times to get around.

Refurbished hotel but poor service

Hotel has recently been refurbished and looks good and rooms have been refreshed with a good shower area. The beds are poor rock solid and not a great sleep. Biggest disappointment is pool closed when 20 degrees and the staff are not very friendly. Rude in the morning at breakfast demanding room numbers, slow service and at the bar with stressed staff trying to serve drinks and make food.

Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve a refund.

Horrible experience!! We didnt have hot water for 2 days . We couldnt take shower and we had to go to the beach to take shower . We told the property agent twice that we still dont have hot water . They didnt seems to care or change the room or solve the problem . Who wants their vacation to be like this . Hotel stuff didnt care whatsoever . I would never ever stay here again. !
