"The only thing wrong with this stay was the Breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine working which caused a large que, no tea bags. Only eggs available were the already prepared scrambled egg. When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."

"The hotel is undergoing a total refurb after being used to house migrants for the last few years building work was still under way whilst the stayed at the hotel . The hotel is being refurbished to a standard and is clean and tidy , food and overall service levels in the bar area need attention . Perfect place for a 1 night business trip with a good gym and pool "

"Spotless room. Very quiet. Really great staff, the Irish gentleman checking us in is a credit to the company. (Didn’t catch his name 😢). The staff as we left were all delightful too. Great choice of stay after shopping at Cheshire Oaks. Very handy. Food smelt good even though we had already eaten. Would recommend. "

"There was rubbish under one of the side tables and the head boards were disgusting, the kettle would not click off unless switched off at the wall. Blinds were broken and the walls were badly in need of paint. The water did not get hot out of the tap. Staff were nice, but room was not worth the money, and breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and a coffee machine."

"Big room but the heating wasn’t working so the room was freezing cold, there was an oil radiator placed under the desk for us to use with a letter apologising left on the desk with a free snack and drink, this consisted of a coffee and some crisps. Apparently 50% of the hotels heating wasn’t working. I didn’t sleep at all as it was so cold. "

"I paid £130.00. For a room which was very cold and not clean. It had two radiators in it when b were cold when I checked in at 4.00pm. Spoke to receptionist who was clueless and told me they were on a centrally controlled system that came on at 5.00pm. They still hadn’t come on when I checked out next morning. Never stay at this hotel. "
