"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"Such a good little find. Secluded and a beautiful setting. Not in town so car needed. About 25 mins from Taormina and Naxos, stunning beach nearby. Room clean, plenty of hot water. Pool area lovely. Basic breakfast included. Would definatly return. "

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. The young lady at reception called the owner and the next day they gave us a better room with everything working. She even moved our bags she was very nice. We asked for two extra...
