"Got there very late and the man on duty was very rude, the safe was broken and the key had to back to reception every time you left the room. Clean room, the staff on duty during the day were pleasant. Walking distance to main attractions, located in a quiet courtyard surrounded by nice eating places. "

"A super convenient hotel close to St Mark’s. The staff were lovely - Claudia checked us in and was extremely pleasant.
The rooms are Venetian style and there was a nice selection of food at the buffet breakfast.

"We stayed at Hotel Scandinavia 10 years ago. It is even more charming today! They have also installed a lift which makes it a little easier for a couple that is 10 years older and still haven’t learned how to pack light for Italy. The service was top notch, location is perfect and the room very adequate. Hope we can stay here again some day. "
"Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. Additionally, the waiting staff at breakfast were professional and friendly; making sure the patrons’ breakfast needs were met. This is a beautiful hotel that goes that extra mile to ensure their patrons’ have a wonderful stay. Definitely, a hotel with the ingredients for a great Venezia visit."
"Very quaint but old as is all buildings in Venice. We enjoyed the stay and dont open the windows to prevent mosquitoes. Luckily we closed it off by 3pm. "
