Yes, The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was adequate in that it provided a good selection no matter which country you came from. Laundry service was good and reasonably priced. The TV Channels adequately covered English news BBC and CNN.

People in the place were great. Thuy kieu especially. The place was very clean from elevators to inside our room with a very comfortable bed. Food was amazing and such a variety.

Nice hotel

Good location of the hotel. Room for 3 quite small, but was very clean and if you planning to be outside and explore most of the day the city, and not spending to much time in the hotel, size of room should be ok. Breakfast quite big variety. Unfortunately I saw 1 mouse inside hotel's restaurant.

Conveniently located with reasonable room rate. Issue was room was easily large enough for 4 adults but the front desk staff during check-in insisted that we had to book an additional single room! As we didn't have a choice we booked the additional room but never used it.
