"Everything was as expected from the Ritz. One comment, I was bilked a resort fee which the front desk never explained upfront when I checked in. I had access to activities I paid for but wasn’t made aware of. Use of kayaks, access to their golf club. I made them aware and they did reduce my bill because of they never explained the amenities I had access to and was paying for daily."
