Fantastic and very affordable stay in Madrid centre

I only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed for longer. Check-in is at 2pm but I arrived early (around 11.30am) and the friendly staff on reception arranged for me to check in early. The facilities are excellent - the dorms are spotless and have a new, fresh look to them. Breakfast was included and again was of good quality. There is also a bar open in the evening until 2am. Overall the hostel is a good size - not too small like many of the 'hostals' in Madrid but not too big so...

Smart and well presented with a relaxed style. Helpful staff. Very good value. Location is great for getting to the major sites and close to metro.

Brilliant location with shops, amenities and Metro/Underground stations opposite the apartment. Easy access with stairs and lift. Friendly staff and helpful with info. Comfortable room, beautiful interior, has everything you need.

Good hostel for meeting friends nas very clean

Really great hostel. Rooms and facilities were clean. There was a locker under the bed, if you buy your own lock make sure it is a very thin-barred one so it fits. Shower rooms could be bigger but had their own little sink, mirror, and places to put your things. The shower was strong and nice and hot! There is also a sink, urinal, and toilet cubicle too. Never had to wait for shower to be free - there are four on each floor (2 for male, 2 for female). The kitchen area was good with plenty of...

Good location and clean room.

Surprised with this hostel, which is more than just a hostel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, with a professional approach. Outstanding service. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. To my surprise, the hostel situated on a busy street, was very quiet. Breakfast, at an affordable price, was great, a good way to start the day. A very easy-going place. Spacious. Easily accessible. Nearby public transportation. Situated in a very popular street and lively area, surrounded by incredible...

Lovely and friendly staff, great location just by the metro station and local shops

Just a fantastic week. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, social, genuine and accommodating. Great location, it's a small hostel on 1 floor of a building right next to the main square. Very clean. Showers were brilliant. Beds were actual beds and not bunks and although my mattress wasn't great I didn't mind and got a good nights sleep every night! If I had to pick one area of improvement (and I'm being really picky because honestly it's one of the best if not the best hostel I've stayed...

great bars and food nearby, very easy central location and cool atmosphere

Close to all the shops and activities, very clean and very easy to use and quiet, perfect stay...thankyou

One of the best hostels I have stayed in, very nice and clean with friendly staff!

It's a new hostel that is very very clean, modernised, hip and metro! Location is also good, about 10-15mins from Madrid central and away from all the noise yet easy to get to the heart of the noise! Shared bedrooms and bathrooms/showers-it is self-service check-in but is ok as you can reach staff for help with the help button. PC, vending machine and common area to use to meet people, work or socialise! Only downside is that the hostel tell you that you need to self- check-in with the...
