"This was a really wonderful property. Truly special and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful. No complaints at all and would stay again."

"There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "

Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost!
Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served!
