Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Cartagena walled city. The service is amazing, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always try to help with any tours, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The property was clean and the staff was amazing. My son caught a stomach bug and they were genuinely concerned, warm and helpful. The area was great, we enjoyed having a rooftop pool and delicious breakfast every day. I would only suggest varying the fruit options with so many different, delicious local fruits it would have been nice to have more variety outside of what we can get in the States.

The property is located in a prime place, easy to walk to all touristics areas, the staff is great. However, facilities are not the best, the pool area is not atractive to visit, the finishes in the rooms are a little behind expectations ( inside closets). But the bed is super comfortable.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful, and the pools are beautiful. However, our room was very small and there were pieces of the ceiling falling onto the ground and onto us when we were sleeping. Also, on the way out, we were charged for drinking the carafes (not bottles) of water that were left in our room (which were not labeled with a price, as other for-sale snacks were) - this left a sour taste in our mouths at the end of the stay.

Small boutique hotel in the old city. I stayed in a standard room on the first floor which had a awkward layout and only limited natural sunlight which came from the shared patio area. I would not recommend that room but the hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was excellent

Private, safe, comfortable boutique hotel

We stayed in Las Palmas de Alba hotel from a Saturday to a Tuesday. It is a private property located in the center of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is a converted Spanish colonial mansion with a rooftop pool and another pool located on the ground floor. It is staffed by attentive personnel that serve a good breakfast and and beverages à la carte. It was my wife’s 50th birthday so they were kind enough to decorate our room and bake us a tasty birthday cake. All the local attractions were 10 to 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a private, comfortable and safe place to stay in Cartagena.

The staff is outstanding, simply super service. The rooms were clean and neat. They were large and well furnished. A little more maintenance in the building would help. I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible. They are so attentive and strive to make sure your stay is the best. You are graded with a welcome drink and you get a delicious breakfast every morning. It’s not the typical continental breakfast. You’re served with delicious fresh fruit, bread with fresh jam, eggs, major way along with traditional Colombian empanadas. Not only is the staff incredible but the location is as well. I felt completely safe staying here and will only stay here when I return back to Cartagena.

Thank you so much to the staff for treating this Morena like a princess every single person on the staff plays a part. I felt extremely safe and the location was the best you can literally get to some of the best restaurants and attractions within 5 mins walking! Our room was cleaned everyday and my food heated every night at 3 am after a late night morning I will miss this place but I will be back.

Excellent service, comfortable stay!

We came for a girl's trip, and we LOVED this hotel! It's a boutique hotel, so it has only a few rooms, which allows the staff to better know and meet the needs of their guests. The hotel is not well-marked, but all Uber drivers know how to get to it. The doors that welcome you are beautiful; the doormen open when you use the lion knocker. Juan greeted us and got us checked in easily. The room had air conditioning, which was a HUGE relief. We chose the welcome package (small charge to add) with fresh flowers, fruit, and bubbly; they were on the bed as we came in. It was incredibly clean and plenty of space for the two of us. The shower was large and got nice and hot after a few minutes. The beds were more firm, which I prefer, and the pillows were very comfortable. Regarding location, walking anywhere within the walls was easy; there were lots of restaurant choices nearby, and we always felt safe. As if that were not enough, the breakfast included was DELICIOUS. Beyker was so kind and friendly, and he remembered the little things like how my friend and I liked our eggs. There was fresh fruit and juice each morning. It was nice to have it brought out and not have to order from a menu. One thing is the pool is not like what we imagine as a pool in the USA; they were more like the size of a hot tub (if that's important to you). We would absolutely stay at this hotel again. THANK YOU for your excellent service!

Throughout my stay, the exemplary service was consistent, with Alejandro, Beyker, and Edwar going above and beyond to cater to my every need. The hotel itself is a marvel beautifully maintained with a unique antique aesthetic that transports you back in time, yet with all the modern luxuries. The meticulous cleanliness of the premises is commendable, with every corner radiating a pristine sheen. My room was the epitome of elegance and sophistication. The small details, from the plush linens to the intricately designed decor, exuded luxury and made my stay unforgettable. This hotel is centrally located in the heart of the wall city. You can walk most places especially to the castle. Food is literally on every block, streets are extremely clean, a lot of history around the area. The hotel is very secure A special mention must be made of the hotel's accommodation on a late checkout at 6pm due to the delay flight. This gesture added immense comfort to my last day, allowing me to relax without the usual rush. I appreciated all the little things , and the unwavering commitment of the staff that truly set this place apart. The pictures that are provided by the hotel are exactly how the property looks. Beautiful and quiet little hidden boutique hotel in Cartagena that is central but also away from the evening mayhem so it is not crazy loud in the evenings. Great and friendly staff and the morning breakfast was exceptional!
