Great staff, good bed, nice pool & breakfast. The room needs to be updated, and no housekeeping for 5 days, which were a little disappointing. Also lots of traffic noise all night long.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is located few blocks from central commercial for eating. Cons: Air conditioner was very weak. Lighting in room extremely poor. Breakfast was very limited. But the worst was the loud noise from the nearby nightclubs all night long.

I do not recommend

Bed is hard as a rock, thin sheets, shower is terrible built it leaks water into the area where the bed is, no hot water for shower, ac doesn’t get cold. I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights I left early it was that bad I couldn’t stay another night and I have tons of bites on my arms/legs from the bed.

The pool was enjoyable. The room did not cleaned everyday. You have to request that reception for them to clean your room. The outlets next to the bed and where the workspace was were below which was inconvenient. I wish they would have been higher on the wall.

Pésimo. Zona de tolerancia. Queda al lado de un bar (Chicas lindas) que en dias pasado encontraron prostitución de menores. Ruido excesivo en el area. Y la administradora no atiende problemas nocturnos, pues apaga el celular.

Me quede en este lugar solo por la bañera de hidromasaje, para mi sorpresa no tiene agua caliente, ni el la bañera ni en la ducha regular, ni lo pude utilizar. El resto del cuanto estaba bien. Cama muy comoda y con mucho espacio, la terraza con la picina es excelente. El desayuno es muy basico pero estaba bueno. El personal es excelente, todos muy amables.

I don’t as a rule leave reviews, but compelled too. Biggest issue, there is no hot water on the property. Not runs out, just none anywhere. Next issue, the pictures are misleading and don’t represent current state. The pool is under construction- the jacuzzi hot tub exists, if you want a tub full of cold water. Next issue, location- not safe to walk around and street noise and music blasts all through the night. There’s more, but these are the big ones.

Great service. Modern boutique hotel vibe. Room assigned had a leaky jacuzzi so we were promptly switched to a new upgraded room for the rest of our stay. There is some road noise but no fault of hotel. Awesome pool and lounge area. Great hot Colombian breakfast. In-room jacuzzi sitting area patio is a nice bonus.
