"Everything was great, shower was the best"

"The rooms are in need of complete overhaul. I felt as if it looked like a dump they just patch repair. The outside spaces were not maintained at all. The pool was of course not open yet but it was full of black water and the gate not locked. We stayed in smoking rooms and everything down to the comforter had cigarette burns, yet I used a towel to clean up a pop spill and after I left they charged me $24! There was nothing else to use, and nowhere does any charges for anything like this. I called and was told it was for damages, yet cigarette burns on everything down to pillows was acceptable for them to keep. Was the dang towel already. Poor customer service."

"The only reason I would not stay here again is the breakfast was terrible. The sausage tasted fake and the juices were watered down. The waffles were good, but the syrup tasted like sugar free. If you’re looking for a nice hotel and not eating breakfast it’s great! "

"I left my iPhone charger plugged in right next to the bed, and went out for the day. Came back later to a perfectly cleaned room, a freshly made bed… and a charger that had apparently moved out and started a new life. Front desk: ‘No one was in your room.’ Me: ‘So I cleaned it myself??’ So just to confirm: housekeeping is invisible, and my charger is gone. 10/10 magic trick. Would love my $40 back though - must buy a new charger base and cord. Anyway if anyone finds an iPhone charger living its best life there, it’s mine."
