"As I checked in the staff member Mr. Henry was checking someone else in. His presentation was of the charts if I didn't want to stay there but by listening to how well he presented to the customer in front of me. I felt more than welcome and was like "yeah I am staying here". Mr. Henry was Awesome. Then when I checked out the black gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name) at desk that night, he was very helpful when checking out. These two staff members were great."
