It’s in a terrific location, close to everything, but quiet, too. We got a restful nights sleep before hitting the stores and restaurants. "Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...

"Lovely property. Superb hot tub. Excellent welcome from Elizabeth at reception. Amazing Barman at adjacent Brophys Tavern. Room very nice, but strangely lacking in places to hang anything. Nowhere to hang bathrobes or wet bathing suits. Towels are at opposite end of bathroom, meaning a slippery walk across wet tile to get a towel. No room around basin for toiletries. "
