"Not enough room towels provided. Too many all over the grounds. The adult pool is so tiny that fits no more than about 25-30 people. Staff could have been friendlier more pleasant. The amenities are very far from hotel rooms and main pool could use more bartenders. Paid for an ocean view and got palm tree views no ocean on the 2nd floor"

"We traveled as a couple to this beautiful resort! We arranged travel to and from the resort beforehand, which worked perfect. It took about a half hour to 45 minutes for the drive. The grounds were immaculate with greenery and plants, with an occasional art sculpture, accentuating it! The staff was absolutely amazing! They are all also so welcoming and accommodating! We loved our activity hosts Panda & Honey! We enjoyed the arts and crafts, the gym & fitness activities, such as yoga, and the water cycling and trampoline! The clean pool traverses throughout the property, which provides easy access to the rooms. I love how the property runs horizontal to the beach, which provides a safe place to go walking. The restaurants offered great options. We especially enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop! They were even a few shops on the property if you wanted to go shopping for things such as cigars, jewelry, and souvenirs. The nightly entertainment highlighted the talent of the performers! We would recommend and would stay here again. Perfect place to get away for a baby moon, or special celebration or anniversary."

"The room had a great view; however, the floor was very slippery. I reported it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. The property is close to restaurants and historical places. "

"Having the upgraded Platinum room category and butlers is a must. The resort was busy and the restaurants are understaffed so they dont actually fill all the tables so if you dont have a butler reservation you are kind of out of luck. It was kind of crazy actually. Our butlers were Shay Shay and Questos. They were AMAZING. Always ready to take care of us morning and night. The platinum level pool is great and the platinum buffet was nice for breakfast and lunch as the big buffet was a zoo. The beach is not great as it's man made. The pools and water park are very good so if you're a pool person you will like it. The biggest issue is lack of staff all over the resort. I know the hurricane really set them back but it will take many months before they are able to get the service up to par. We went two families with 4 adults and 4 kids and the lack of a nice beach made it difficult some days."
