"The hotel was enormous, it has tons of amenities and lots to do. Only drawback was that things were very far apart so lots of walking. Our room was large and beautiful, we stayed in the 2bedroom regal suite, perfect for families. However, the food was disappointing, especially for being so expensive. Seafire Steakhouse was our favorite restaurant on the resort and worth the money, otherwise Shake Shack was most reliable and tasty. "

"Our rating is based on getting food poisoning from the buffet on day, two of our trip and being sick for the rest of our vacation week. Also the public bathrooms are not clean and only one working sink some toilets didn’t have seat seats, and some stalls didn’t have locks. also didn’t appreciate being loaded into a special breakfast to join a membership to introduce the new wing of the hotel that is being built."

"Our family stayed there in April of 2026. Family of 4, 2 kids 8 and 9. We all loved our stay. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, lots of variety. We got in quickly to all restaurants. The waterpark and pools were great!"

"Our room was nice with a soaking tub and hot tub on the balcony. Staff was amazing. Buffet was just ok in my opinion. A big disappointment were the "credits" they promised. A $90 spa credit could be redeemed $30 per day. The other $200 "resort" credits came with so many limitations that we really didn't an opportunity to use them. That slick marketing was enough for me to potentially book elsewhere next time as that was a large factor in booking here."
