"Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. This hotel is located nowhere near where we wanted to be (the heart of Carcasonne). It was a $40cdn uber and when we decided to eat the cost of the hotel and go somewhere closer the ubers were not coming out that far. The hotel itself is fine but has a very cold almost robotic feel. "Nice place for my one night stay"

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
