"Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The one weird thing was that tub had a hole in it which had been taped over. Odd. Did not affect shower. Would stay again. "

"My stay overall was okay. Dogs barking and whining didn’t help and were also frustrating. The toilet was dirty inside the bowl as well as the seat. I had to clean the seat of stains (possibly urine stains) and other matter. (I didn’t think to take a picture at the time.) The bed was clean, comfortable sheets. The pillows were in horrible condition. The staff were friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. "

"We were staying at a 4-star hotel in TN, not only was it expensive, the cleaning crews told us they were too tired to clean all of the hotel daily as they were supposed to, so our room never got serviced until we called, and the staff were distant and not readily accessible nor friendly. Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit.
