"Very nice hotel with good amenities. Great for the price."

"When we checked in, our room was ADA accessible and the bed was extremely low. My husband is 6 feet tall so it just wasn’t going to work. The associate we discussed it with said it was Expedia that booked an ADA room for us. He gave a long explanation as to why it wasn’t the hotel’s fault and was hesitant to switch our room. We eventually were able to arrange a room change, but the exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. In our new room, housekeeping forgot some of the bedding so my husband woke up several times because he felt the coils in the mattress and was generally uncomfortable. The room was spacious and looked updated. The room and bathroom had motion sensor lights with no way of disabling them. This could be a positive for some, but I found it frustrating. Waking up in the night to use the restroom caused the lights to turn on, which impacted our rest. The room was clean, but there was evidence of water damage throughout the room and bathroom. Additionally, I went out for a small walk and I slipped in the lobby. Thankfully, I caught myself, but I almost landed hard. I noticed afterwards that there was water leaking from the ceiling. It was a mess and VERY dangerous. I think the hotel may be in need of maintenance. We discussed our concerns with customer service and they were very validating and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It is far and away the best we have ever had at a hotel. The dining area was massive, which allowed ample room for all"

"Great property, great stay! The freeway was right outside our door, but we didn’t hear a thing. The only issue is that the room said it would accommodate 6, but there were only 2 queen beds, no pull-out sofa. The room was pretty tight with the beds with four people, I’m not sure why they thought it would accommodate six. We had to send two people from our party home to sleep, it’s a good thing we were local."

"Check in was fast and easy. Once we got to our room there was no cellular service and the WiFi didn’t work for the whole two days we were there so it was very difficult to get any work done. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. House keeping let themselves in twice in one day while I was in the room which I didn’t like. Beds were not comfortable at all. I stay at a lot of residence inns by Marriott and this one was by far the worst one ever "

"My AC wasn’t the best but another room we rented had good AC. The parking is okay and mostly you are able to park close to your door. I will say on Fri and Sat night, I noticed several call girl situations with some staying there at the motel. Safety seems okay with cameras everywhere. The location is easy to get in and out of and central to La Habra and Brea. I did not like the fact that you had to search out and tell housekeeping not to clean room (I don’t like other people in my room when I’m not there) as the property did not have any privacy hangers for the door. The bed was OK, but the metal base was extremely loud and creaky. For the price, it was a reasonable property."
