Hotel lovely and conveniently placed. Facilities at breakfast let it down. Insufficient plates, cups and cutlery available to self serve and tables not cleaned promptly enough. All in all a good hotel, but if this was sharpened up it would be superb.

Beautiful hotel near the Pont Neuf. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and super helpful staff and valet parking

Clean modern hotel in one of the main squares, which felt safe even at night. Right next to the Victor Hugo market and bars/restaurants, so a bit of noise but not more than expected. Would stay again.

From the moment you enter the hotel you receive a genuine, warm welcome from a very helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are very comfortable and meet all needs. The only slight criticism is the price of the breakfast, even for city centre prices, it seemed a bit excessive.

Great accommodation, very clean , all the facilities, reception staff were lovely

The hotel is 400 metres from the train station and a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre. There is a Carrefour supermarket and Lidl about 50 metres from the hotel. The hotel is set back from the main street and is gated. The hotel staff are very friendly and immediately provided a map so we knew where we were in relation to the main sights. The hotel itself is incredible (considering the price). The rooms feel luxurious and have kitchen amenities. There is a gym, sauna and outdoor swimming...

This is an unusual set-up at Social Hub with working areas, students etc but the room was clean, bed comfortable and restaurant was very good. Also 7 mins walk from metro

Good location for rail station but not in a nice area.

Very clean, spacious room. Surprisingly well-appointed kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Not in the city centre but not too far away and very close to the airport (10mins in an Uber). Supermarkets and a couple of eating options nearby but it's mostly a residential area. Great value for money.

Clean and efficient in a great location for exploring Toulouse on foot. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast tasty and fresh. Very good croissants

Excellent room with a balcony on the top floor. Great location - 5 mins from the rail station but still less than 20 mins to the point neuf on the river. Room spotlessly clean and contained everything you need for a short self catering stay! Reception has limited opening hours but reception staff super friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is also available for additional charge. Lastly there is a small outdoor dipping pool at the rear along with some gym equipment. Only a short walk to...

Great

Airport shuttle was fast and efficient. The staff were amazing, could not do enough for us. Hotel kept spotless.

We were picked up by the hotel.s courtesy vehicle from the airport - great touch. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The dining and bar area was quite superb with funky furniture and natural organic fixings. Food was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend staying here time and again.

Bright, modern new aparthotel. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family of 4, and both the bed and sofa bed had comfortable mattresses. Nice breakfast. Easy, free parking in garage adjacent to hotel, and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away connecting the hotel to the Metro and city center. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Toulouse Airport for one night when we arrived in France and for two days prior to our return to the UK. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff were excellent. Some issues that are worth noting. We arrived on a late flight at the weekend and the shuttle service stopped at 11.30pm. This is a little odd when flights were still arriving. This resulted in us having to get a taxi from the airport at a cost of 20 euros to the Hotel as it was just a little...

Reception and other staff were polite and welcoming in all interactions. Room was clean but the toilet (with no sink) was in a separate room to the shower (with sink). This bewildered and confused me, but is apparently normal in France. Breakfast buffet was ok. It wasn't anything particularly special. I think I'd have preferred to have no breakfast at hotel and gone to a local cafe or bakery instead to get a more authentic experience. The swimming pool was quite busy given the hot weather....
