Gorgeous hotel, very clean, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. I got a great nights sleep. It is also only 5 mins from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Large enough for a studio apartment. Staff was friendly and kind. I had an issue with a dead car battery in underground parking garage while visiting downtown Touloose and manager made arrangement to send a mechanic out to jump start car. Also let me extend checkout time. The only downside to property was it was not within walking distance of downtown area. So plan on using Uber or taxi for touristing.

Our late arrival was not a problem and the hotel staff was excellent when checking in. Parking was initially difficult, we had to drive circles around the hotel to find a spot where to park the car while checking in. After check-in, we parked the car in the garage beneath the hotel, without any problems with the room keycard. The bed and room were spacious and the small kitchen was superb. We had an excellent night's rest. Breakfast had enough options and was very good for us. This will be our go-to hotel when visiting France.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, but the hot food is not hot, the sausages, bacon, vegetables are all cold. We stay there 7 nights with 2 rooms. There was no shower gel in one of the room, they keep forgot it, I got my shower gel on the third day. On 02 January, the reception who work there around 8am, charge me extra 50 euros for the city tax. I told her the city tax does not apply to the children. She asked me how old are your children? Everyone knows children means under 18! If I did not say it I will lose 50 Euros. And the receptionist did not apologies, no sorry, just correct the amount for the city tax. And in the end she did not say Goodbye or safe journey…..

Highly recommend. Immaculate, sound proof, comfortable bed, ecological, delicious food and great location near airport and close to railway station to Toulouse historic Place du Capitole. Staff was extremely attentive, especially William went out of his way several times to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely return!
