Nice hotel, but nothing extra

Check-in was nice. Room was nice. Public areas a bit deserted and restaurant not open. OK Irish restaurant across the street was a good substitute. Pool area and outdoor seating was not open. The golf course was very good.

The room is basic, but good. The outdoor pool is closed since oktober 2023. We did not received any information about this. The breakfast is very very basic and overpriced.

The one and only really good thing about this Mercure is the staff, they were really friendly and helpful, even in the morning at 4.30 am for a quick check out. Apart, the interior is very dated, the pool was not working, roomfloors are smelly, rooms need an urgent update, the bedding was not really comfy, the curtains let light in (seem low quality). The hotel management should ask Accor for renovation budget. Also, as an „Airport“ hotel I would expect a Navette/Shuttle to Blagnac…

Lucky find

Stayed here for 2 nights for to flight cancellation. Booked a junior sweet as we're family of 4. Even though this is probably a business and golf orientated hotel, the kids loved the pool (and we loved the view from the pool to the fort course) and the breakfast bar was very good. We'd happily stay here again

Just about ok

Overnighter on way home from Spain. Room was good for size, Spacious enough, toilet very small though, air con wasn’t very good either. Walls marked and just didn’t feel like the quality a 4 star should. Only 1 flat pillow each and whilst I probably could have asked for more after an 11 hour drive I couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t sleep due to flat pillow and very flat bed. Parking was fine and close to hotel. Friendly check in guy, and check out guy. Handy having useable freezer compartment and fridge for our drinks bag for way home.

A real disappointment!

This hotel was our most expensive and most disappointing! Check in, I asked for two keys and got one, we had one small and one large towel. The bathroom was grubby and the service in the restaurant very cavalier. We asked to sit outside for our last dinner of the trip and were told that if we went outside, we could not come back in!? They said it was full in the restaurant but it wasn’t. All in all, very disappointing for the class of hotel! By the way, the Japanese rugby team stayed in this hotel!

Schlechte Erfahrung mi dem Rezeptionspersonal. Die junge Dame bei der Rezeption. wollte von uns unbedingt 840 EUR Kaution für eine Nacht Aufenthalt haben und wollte statt der gebuchten Zimmer für fünf Personen zwei getrennten Zimmer für Doppelpreis zur Verfügung stellen. Erst nach Bedrohungen mit Eskalation wurde das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich dafür noch dankbar sein sollte. Ich kann es bis Heute nicht beurteilen, ob es ein Verarschungsversuch oder einfach ein Durcheinander in der Administration war. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Sonst ist das Hotel ok, aber man muss hier natürlich besonders aufpassen.
