"I had recently had knee surgery & they were not able to put us on the first floor. I told them that it wasn’t a problem, we would manage. We didn’t have much, just a couple of items. When we came back in with our stuff the owner was there to assist us with our things, and he helped my husband carry them upstairs while I finished checking in. I told him he didn’t have to, but he said that I had enough to deal with getting myself upstairs. It wasn’t just the owner, all of the staff was extremely helpful."
