When we arrived we were expecting a King or Twin Bed set-up but found a small double, apparently Expedia misrepresent the bed size for a luxury room, so watch out!! Though the property is in a beautiful converted warehouse and is a working concept of hotel and working space, it doesn't fully operate as a functioning hotel. A bit style over substance, open shower into the bedroom (not great when sharing with a friend), sink doesn't have anywhere to put handsoap or toothbrush instead constantly leaning over the toilet!! Difficult to get hold of additional towels, ladies ask way in advance of a shower, also don't be freaked out by the very noisy plumbing system, not just your room but others too!! Location is great for getting to the waterfront and also mooching to the restaurants in the cape quarter. Overall bit style over substance at the moment, if service standards increased would consider heading back as location is a winner. To note be prepared for post 7pm access through back street car park, defo not safe feeling during load shedding!

Beautiful New York style loft on the border of the V&A at very good value for money.On site coffee bar was staffed by brilliant and friendly baristas too.Great vibe all around

On the first day, we were provided with two single bed joints together. which was disappointing. And the path via the gym to the restaurant needs some order. Well done to the upfront staff (the lady and guy) to sort it out... very welcoming front staff. The lady who does the cleaning is well done - when we ask for the iron, she always brought it in time and etc. big up to her.

Very trendy space - but the outlook is under a freeway. Although we booked a larger room for the King size bed - the bed in the room is a double and not a king size - we were just palmed off by being told it was a King!

Fantastic concept, facility and ideal location close to the Waterfront. Only concern is walking out the main gate to the Waterfront, especially at night. Hotel needs to come up with a plan to make safe walking access viable, it shouldn't be difficult. If they get that right, it's a serious winner!

Het concept en inrichting is erg inspirerend. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is erg goed verzorgd en was bovendien heerlijk. De reviews van andere gasten baarden ons wat zorgen maar wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad en zouden zeker terug komen!
