"Our stay was very nice. On the last night of our stay the people directly above us were running around banging on the floor and yelling. We called the front desk and the problem was eventually resolved. There was also someone on our floor smoking pot for 3 days. The entire floor reeked until he finally checked out. Other than those problems our stay was good and we would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a good hotel at a reasonable price."

"My family and I had a very nice stay at the Paradise Inn! The innkeeper was available via phone and on the property throughout the day to help with anything. He goes above and beyond...I witnessed him personally directing people to park. Speaking of parking, the lot is small, but they have on-street parking passes so you won't have to worry getting a spot. The staff was friendly and kept the property clean from what we saw. The pool was small but enough room for a few families to enjoy it, and also the water was clear and clean! I don't think it was heated, but we swam each day we were there, and it was cleaned every morning at least the days that we were there. We stayed in the deluxe rooms with 2 queen size beds (fridge and microwave). The rooms were perfect for us since we weren't looking for anything fancier than a place to sleep/shower/relax after the beach and boardwalk! Definitely recommend if you don't go in there with any lofty expectations! In general, this is a great place to stay!"

"La Mer is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. We stayed in a renovated room, which was spacious and included a kitchenette. There was plenty of storage, a roomy closet, the bed was very comfortable and it was kept extremely clean. The beach service was great, offering as many towels, chairs and umbrellas as you needed. There was live entertainment each evening, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very nice and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again."
