Green Resort is a beautiful spot, with really friendly and helpful staff. The lodge was clean and comfortable with space to relax on the deck, and the pool area is friendly and inviting. The neighbouring restaurant serves delicious sharing platters. Quite a walk to the beach, but well worth it!

Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable! The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in

We had a great stay. The receptionists were very helpful and ready to give recommendations. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves in the mornings. The kids loved it!

Top upgrade as winter time, excellent views from all parts, especially breakfast terrace. Exceptional unlimlted continental breakfast, including 20 types of jam and (loose) teas. Very friendly owners, an absolute privilege to receive such good service, and indeed the whole experience. Just an enroute stopover to Spain this time, we'll return asap for a longer stay, the whole area looks very enticing

What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!

Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. Pierre et Vacances in Biarritz provided us with a comfortable and spacious room which was noticeably well equipped with good quality furnishings, dishes, cutlery and so on. There was ample storage space in the room and a very well laid-out bathroom with separate WC. Was a very last minute booking while travelling up through France and we booked the morning of our stay and the receptionist was really helpful and luckily spoke better English than my French! We stayed 2 nights and it was very well located to travel to Hossegor and Biarritz. We weren’t fortunate enough to stay here in the summer to appreciate all the facilities like the pool eg but my 3yr old loved saying hello to the animals in their petting zoo area.
